As an international teacher I've had opportunities to work with students and other amazing educators in different countries, contributing to the successes of schools, colleges, community centres and ultimately individuals of many different backgrounds and skillsets. I now teach as part of the Enhanced Native-speaking English Teacher programme where we have, recently, been exploring strategies which support a healthy learning environment, with a particular focus on the community of inquiry.
